Pro-Life Fitness Centre, situated within the heart of Paisley just 5 minutes from Glasgow Airport, is a Centre of Excellence and has been helping to improve the health and fitness of the local community for the past 26 years. We are widely considered one of the best gyms in Scotland for our amazing equipment and facilities, our excellent customer service, talented and knowledgeable staff and our warm, welcoming atmosphere.

As we are now Renfrewshire Sports Charity we are making it our mission to ‘Move Renfrewshire’ and actively encourage all of our local business partners to focus on the health and wellbeing of their valuable team of employees, a healthy work force is a happy and productive work force after all!
All local companies within Renfrewshire are entitled to corporate membership rates at Pro-Life Fitness Centre and each package can be created in a bespoke format that perfectly caters to each individual partner’s needs.
Corporate memberships at Pro-Life provide you and your team with full access to our five star facility which includes our amazing strength areas, our huge cardio zone, our wonderful crèche, over 35 group exercise classes per week, our luxury Japanese Spa, our Life Café and the best part is that you can book in as many time’s as you want for training and nutritional advice with any one of our amazing consultants and you don’t pay extra, it’s always part of your service!
