Our Fitness Classes

Within our Xxtra Burn Room, we are dedicated to providing you with a diverse and exciting fitness experience. Our studio offers over 50 classes, all designed to help you achieve your goals and keep your workouts fresh and motivating.

Intelligent Cycling Spin

The latest innovation in indoor spin cycling. This class offers everything for all levels of fitness. Amazing visuals on our huge screen along with banging music make this our most popular spin class. For those who want to engage, you can see the workout intervals in front of you, ride to connected power and record all your workout stats.

Traditional Spin

For those members that want a great class set to motivational music, atmospheric screen graphics, and led by a motivating instructor- this is the class for you.

Virtual Spin Classes

As well as our instructor-led classes, we also run a programme of virtual classes. These classes take place in our spin studio at the times listed. We also offer “on demand” classes where members can ask staff to put on the class of their choice at a time suitable to them.

Yoga

A whole body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. Yoga will also help tone muscles, relax your mind and improve your well-being.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of low-impact exercise designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. This class concentrates on working the whole body with an emphasis on the core. Pilates is a great way to improve your posture for other physical activities. You can use the techniques learned in a Pilates class for all other types of exercise to get better results.

Kettlebells

Kettlebell training is a national sport in Russia and includes dynamic moves that targets endurance, strength, balance and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are popular because they’re challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment. A workout with a slightly different twist but don’t underestimate how hard you will work.

HIIT Circuits

A HIIT based class using a wide variety of equipment and stations. This will increase your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen and tone your condition the core. Suitable for all fitness levels.

PRO BODY™

This class will get you lean and toned using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions. Pro Body gives you a total body workout to uplifting motivational music.

PRO KICK™

A high intensity non-contact martial arts-based workout. Using driving music and a variety of techniques you will punch and kick your way to fitness.

Step

Dynamic, great fun and a great cardiovascular workout with additional toning benefits. Everyone needs a bit of step(h) in their lives!

Boxercise

A cardio and conditioning workout based on boxing training. Includes pad work, skipping, resistance training and core conditioning.
