Our Instructors will guide you through various workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose.

BOUNCE DANCEFIT is a choreographed dance fitness class designed to make you fit while you enjoy different styles of street dance including hip-hop, waacking, vogueing, twerking and more, emphasising the aerobic aspect for a workout experience like no other! All of the choreographies are easy and fun to follow.
LEVERAGE is a 30-minute HIIT workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Using weight plates, steps, barbells and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Leverage takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music. Our coaches will motivate and inspire you to go harder to get fit, fast!
IRONMAN With three different fitness styles included in the one class this will keep your body and fitness levels in tip top condition… Class includes cycling, weights and HIIT cardio.. The triple threat!
HELL’S BELLS Kettlebell training is a warrior style of workout. You will learn explosive swinging movements utilising the whole body along with momentum and more traditional press and squat exercises. The swinging of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilising muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring lots of muscles firing at once. Total body workout!!
POLEKAT combines both cardiovascular and strength training to help build flexibility, grace, strength, coordination and confidence in a fully fabricated pole dancing studio.
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean and toned. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories.
Hugely popular.. this class is a great overall body workout.. a total mix up of toning stations incorporating equipment and body weight with an added fat burning cardio element! This is an excellent class for mixed abilities .. all you need is a ‘can do’ attitude.
BUTTS BUTTS BUTTS The butt is more fashionable than ever right now, so we dedicated a whole class to it.. we’re here to help you build a better backside. Take 30 minutes to focus on toning, lifting and sculpting your glutes with this workout created by our in-house team.
Based on the training concepts boxers use to get fit! Shadow boxing, skipping, pad work and shuttle runs are just a few elements you will encounter in this class. No physical contact is involved so the only knockout will be your physique after you’ve gone a few rounds.
METABOLIC MADNESS – Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp style class. Run by our on site PTs these group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, tyre flipping and sit-ups will leave you feeling fatigued and exhilarated. Classes are outdoors in the summer months (April-Sept).
P90X Utilising a new format which uses protocol-based training and unique to the group exercise world, P90X LIVE is different to other workouts because it incorporates principles from personal training, functional strength coaching and small group training. A great all over body workout!
YOGA – You might first try Yoga as a way to achieve a great body or to keep fit and that is perfectly alright. Yoga really does help in improving your health, calming your mind, however, it also burns calories and tone muscles. A total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
