Sometimes you need a helping hand on your fitness journey, someone to help you get started or keep you motivated along the way. Many of our members enlist the help of a PT for a short time and others keep them as part of their ongoing fitness journey. Here at Pro Life our Personal Trainers are highly respected for their qualifications, experience, empathy, motivation and results.

Apart from the physical benefits of PT, an important part of the job is building a rapport with clients, increasing confidence in themselves and their abilities within a gym environment.
Over the last year, I have adapted and embraced my clients’ requests and needs. This has now become my specialty. I love keeping my clients mentally and physically fit, along with inspiring them to succeed. I provide bespoke training plans, with nutritional support and guidance. Everyone has unique goals and I give my time and personal service to all.
I also instruct Spin HiiT circuit classes at Pro Life, as well as running my Personal Training business … Elevate Fitness.

My aim is to upgrade your body confidence whilst educating you on how to make your “diet” a lifestyle. We want to develop how you view, speak and treat yourself to become the very best version of you.
