I’ve worked at Pro Life for 7 years and previously 8 years at David Lloyd Renfrew as a Level 3 PT. Over this time I have been a sought after fitness instructor teaching the Les Mills programmes as well as a range of group cycling, TRX, boxing and stretching classes and have a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your health and well being goals. Hi I’m Lisa Easdon and I run Elevate Fitness.  After qualifying as a Fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer at the start of the first lockdown, my business started outdoors in strange and challenging times.

Over the last year, I have adapted and embraced my clients’ requests and needs. This has now become my specialty. I love keeping my clients mentally and physically fit, along with inspiring them to succeed.  I provide bespoke training plans, with nutritional support and guidance.  Everyone has unique goals and I give my time and personal service to all.

My background to fitness started in boxing 20 years ago, training and competing in European titles. Over this time I developed my knowledge and technique that I am able to offer to my clients as part of their training.
