Under normal circumstances we run a full programme of 35 Fitness Classes a week with all classes listed here, but due to covid, our timetable is more restricted at present.

FAT & CALORIE BURNING
From £5 / session
Group indoor cycling workout for all fitness levels that will increase your cardiovascular fitness as well as tone and sculpt your lower body. You will be coached through hill climbs, intervals and sprints by an experienced instructor and to motivating music.
Pilates is a method of low impact exercise designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The class concentrates on working the whole body with an emphasis on the core. Pilates is a great way to improve your posture for other physical activities. You can use the techniques learned in a Pilates class for all other types of exercise to get better results.
A whole-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. Yoga will also help tone muscles, relax your mind and improve your well-being.
This class will get you lean and toned using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions. Pro Body gives you a total body workout to uplifting motivational music.
A cardio and conditioning workout based on boxing training. Includes pad work, skipping, resistance training and core conditioning.
A high intensity non-contact martial arts-based workout. Using driving music and a variety of techniques you will punch and kick your way to fitness.
Kettlebell training is a national sport in Russia and includes dynamic moves that target endurance, strength, balance and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are popular because they’re challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment. A workout with a slightly different twist but don’t underestimate how hard you will work!
The triple threat! This class has three sections, cardio, strength training and cycling. This workout is based on interval training making it a class to really challenge you.
A HIIT based class using a wide variety of equipment and stations. This will increase you cardiovascular fitness, strengthen and tone and condition the core. Suitable for all fitness levels.
A great outdoor workout! This will strengthen and tone as well as challenge your cardiovascular fitness using a wide variety of equipment and drills. (Please note this class runs indoors during winter.)
This workout is a definite must for a toned core! A class focused entirely on working the mid body with a series of bodyweight and weighted exercises leaving a toned and well worked middle!
