Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp style class. Run by our on site PT’s these group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, tyre flipping and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat outside the gym (winter classes move indoors) you also get to beat stuff up and unleash the stresses of the week!
