Circuit training is the “musical chairs” of the exercise world, as you move from station to station you will work every muscle group simultaneously bringing your heart rate up achieving a fat burning cardio workout… While its pace may leave your heart beating hard and your body sweaty, because you can adapt exercises to your current level of fitness, this 45 minute class is appropriate for everyone.
