Pro-girya Kettlebell Training Paisley

Kettlebell training is a warrior style of workout which will definitely help improve flexibility, re-align posture, rapidly increase both strength and cardio-vascular fitness and strip fat off the body at the same time! You will learn explosive swinging movements utilising the whole body along with momentum and more traditional press and squat exercises. The swinging of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilising muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring lots of muscles firing at once. Total body workout!!
