HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

You are now able to reserve your place in all of our timetabled classes. Locate your class from the timetable below, and click through to the class. The reservation section is in the right hand column. Booking is only available 7 days in advance.

Our Instructors will guide you through various workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you’ll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) a water bottle and an attitude thats ready to work.. whether you’re a total beginner or ready for the tour de France you can work within your ability directed by one of our spin team ..
