Is yoga for me? Absolutely! Yoga is for anyone who is willing to learn its ways and ideas. It does not actually require any special equipment or clothing. What it requires is your will to have a healthier, stress-free self.
Yoga does help in improving your health and calming your mind but it also burns calories and tones muscles. A total body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation.
