Membership & Operations

I first started working at Pro-Life in December 2011. I had come from a sales background so Pro-Life was a natural progression for me, and as someone who loves to train it was the ideal combination selling something I feel passionate about. The best thing about working in Pro Life is the people. Over the years I’ve met a great group of people and have learned a lot and now working to raise money for such worthwhile local charities makes it even more rewarding.

I have worked in Pro-Life since 1999. In this time I have helped hundreds of members achieve their fitness goals and I get a real satisfaction from this. Looking after the operations of the gym my days are always bust and varied and I never do the same things 2 days in a row! The best thing about Pro-Life is that as a stand-alone gym with a real family atmosphere and great staff and members. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.

All Personal Training clients will be advised on nutritional habits, as to be healthy we need to understand what is good for our body. We need to adjust our habits as our body and life changes “like a business, a successful body needs good management to ensure happiness and productivity, food is every bit as important than the training.
