The TRX Suspension trainer is the original in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to form hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Because the TRX  suspension trainer requires you to engage your core with every exercise, you get a total body workout every time you train.

FatBurn Extreme

Fatburn Extreme is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means participants will work until failure and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender, or current fitness capabilities.

Pro-Girya Hells Bells

7:30 pm — 8:30 pm

Kettlebell training is a warrior style of workout which will definitely help improve flexibility, re-align posture, rapidly increase both strength and cardio-vascular fitness and strip fat off the body at the same time! You will learn explosive swinging movements utilising the whole body along with momentum and more traditional press and squat exercises. The swinging of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilising muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring lots of muscles firing at once.…
