Using Intelligent Cycling™️, our brand-new Spin Studio provides you with a truly unique indoor cycling experience, creating a Spin Class like no other!
Can’t make a class at a specific time? Don’t worry, we have Les Mills Trip™️, Les Mills Sprint™️ and Les Mills RPM™️ on-demand, so you can attend a class at any time that suits your schedule.
Our dedicated Functional Training Area is equipped with the best studio equipment to ensure you feel the burn at every one of our classes, such as HIIT Circuits, Kettlebells and our bespoke 8-week training programme 8-to-Great!

How to book

Les Mills Trip™️

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

Les Mills RPM™️

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**.
With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Les Mills Sprint™️

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.

The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

To register to use the app, we need to have your current email address. If we don’t currently have your email address or you have changed your email address, please contact reception to have this information updated.

Open the app can click ‘Sign In’

Enter your email address and click ‘Activate my Account’

You will then be sent a password to your email address

Use that password to sign into your account
